Model API usage is billed by your provider, not by QIOI. You connect your own keys for OpenAI-compatible providers or run local models where the plan supports it. Your model spend, limits, and terms remain entirely between you and your provider.
An honest note on prices. Current prices are introductory and resource-based. They reflect the cost of the capacity and operations each plan carries, and are adjusted as cost modelling matures — with existing deployments grandfathered for a defined notice period.

What is included in the monthly price?+
Server resources on a tested plan, automated deployment from a pinned template, SSL and domain configuration, health monitoring with automatic restarts, scheduled encrypted backups, a managed upgrade path with rollback, and the QIOI dashboard. The exact backup schedule, resource ceiling, and support tier depend on the plan you choose.
What happens if I exceed my transfer allowance?+
You are alerted before limits become incidents. Data transfer beyond plan limits is billed separately at a published per-unit rate, or you can move to a larger plan. We do not throttle a production service without warning.
Can I export my data and leave?+
Yes. Backups are downloadable and application data is exportable at any time from the dashboard. If you cancel, you receive a final export window before the instance is decommissioned. Portability is a feature, not a favour.
How do updates work?+
Applications run on pinned versions with stable and LTS channels. New upstream releases are staged and tested by QIOI before rollout. If an update fails health checks, the instance rolls back to the last known-good version automatically.
