Privacy policy.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate the service: your name, email address, organization details, billing information (processed by our payment provider), and technical logs needed to keep instances running and secure. We do not collect data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

2. Your instance data is yours

Data stored in your application instances — documents, conversation history, uploads, configuration — belongs to you. QIOI accesses instance data only when required to operate, secure, or support the service, and access is logged. We do not use instance data to train models, ours or anyone else's.

3. Model provider data

When an application calls an external model provider, the request goes from your instance to that provider under your own API key. Your relationship with the model provider — including their data handling — is governed by their terms, not ours.

4. Backups and deletion

Backups are encrypted and stored off-instance for the retention period of your plan. When you delete an instance, its data is removed after a defined retention window, and backups expire on their schedule. You can request expedited deletion by contacting us.

5. Subprocessors

We use a small number of subprocessors to deliver the service:

• Infrastructure providers (for example Hetzner, OVHcloud, AWS, Vultr, DigitalOcean) that host instances in the region you select.
• A payment processor for billing.
• Transactional email delivery for account and service notifications.

Each subprocessor receives only the data required for its function.

6. Data residency

Instance data resides in the deployment region you choose, including Canadian data residency where selected. Platform metadata (account and billing records) may be processed in other jurisdictions by the subprocessors listed above.

7. Your rights and contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Export tools in the dashboard let you retrieve instance data directly. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@qioi.io.
