We invest heavily in getting a deployment template right — testing, health checks, backup behaviour, update paths — and then run it the same way every time. Variation is where incidents come from.

Standardized services over bespoke work
QIOI is built to serve hundreds of customers on a small number of well-tested templates, not a few customers on unique systems. Standardization is what makes reliability affordable.

Reliability before novelty
A new application enters the catalogue only after its deployment, backup, restore, and update paths are tested. An unproven template is worth less than a proven one.

Human approval for consequential actions
Deletions, restores, migrations, and anything that can destroy data require explicit human confirmation. Automation handles the routine; people decide the consequential.

Portability as a design constraint
Your data is exportable, backups are downloadable, and instances are not welded to one provider. A platform you can leave is a platform that has to earn its keep.

Clear boundaries are a feature. If what you need falls outside them, we would rather say so now than disappoint you later.

The catalogue is small on purpose. Every template is tested before it is published; there is no unreviewed third-party listing.

QIOI is the operations layer of a small ecosystem that includes physical infrastructure (SpaceOne), a reusable knowledge foundation (DeepFryr), and vertical applications like VeCondo. Each layer is built to be valuable on its own.
