QQIOI

Legal

Terms of service.

Last updated: 2026-07-01

This is a template pending legal review.

1. The service

QIOI provides managed deployment and operation of third-party applications on cloud infrastructure. We provision servers, install and configure applications, manage domains and SSL, monitor health, perform backups, and deliver tested updates. The applications themselves are governed by their own licenses and terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and verify your email address before deploying. You are responsible for activity under your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for the actions of team members you invite. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.

3. Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance at the estimate shown before deployment. Prices are per instance and include hosting and management within plan limits. Model API usage is billed separately by your model provider under your own keys. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice; instances are not deleted without a warning period.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to our acceptable use policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described in that policy.

5. Service levels and liability

We operate the platform with defined monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIOI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Your data and portability

You retain ownership of your instance data. You may export data and download backups at any time while your account is in good standing. On termination, we provide a reasonable window to export data before deletion proceeds.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment after notice, or violations of the acceptable use policy, with notice where practicable. Deletion of instances follows the secure deletion workflow described in our documentation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with reasonable advance notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@qioi.io.
