Independence
A stack, not a trap.
This is not a closed dependency chain. QIOI runs on external providers today — Hetzner, OVHcloud, AWS, Vultr, DigitalOcean — and uses SpaceOne capacity when it is available and appropriate. You can adopt any layer without adopting the rest.
